  • RETURN & REFUNDS

We ask that our returns be set up within 14 days of receipt, unused, still in the original packaging, and free of damage. Once we receive the item back and inspected, you will be refunded for the original subtotal minus the cost of the return label(s) and the restocking fee.

Please follow up return requirements below:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Pack and tape your package securely
• Place the return number on the return label or on a piece of paper attached securely to the package
• Allow 4-7 business day for return process
• Please let us know when you drop off the return package/s and  follow up your refund
• Restocking fees: Commercial (%20), Residential (%25)
•Items must not be abused, modified or damaged by accident.

  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Items that arrived defective or damaged can be replaced or refunded. To help facilitate the process, when sending us a message, please attach a photo(s) of the damage. Also, please clearly state if you want a replacement or a refund. 

A replacement will be sent to the customer once the tracking number for the return of the original purchase shows a valid scan by the carrier. The tracking number for the replacement will then be sent to you in the original message or return request.

  • OTHER REASONS

If an item is returned for any of the following reasons: “Bought by mistake; Item no longer needed; You changed your mind; Got a duplicate from the registry; Failure to check dimensions or specifications in listing prior to purchase; Price comparison; Accidental 1-Click purchase”, the return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the BUYER, as per Lowpricesupply's policy - fees will be deducted from the refund.

If you choose your reason for return as "Item not as described" you will be asked to provide photos that show a material difference, otherwise, this reason is considered "You changed your mind" and you will be charged the return shipping fee.  


Why Restocking Fee:
We are a wholesale distributor so we do not include any costs for returns within our overall pricing of items on the website. For this reason, we do charge a restocking fee when an item is needing to be returned to cover the handling fees for processing items back into stock.
