How I can cancel my order? 

Once an order is placed, there is a 1-hour window that we can guarantee cancellation. Please CONTACT US immediately, call/text +1 857-800-1332 or chat with us. To ensure on time delivery, orders are immediately sent to the warehouse and entered into the fulfillment process. When the fulfillment process starts, orders cannot be modified as it is extremely difficult to interrupt the process to apply any changes. Therefore, it is advised that customers be certain of the item(s) being ordered and have done comparison shopping as we do not provide any price matching.

What I need to do if my order arrived damaged?

Warehouse employees always inspect the items before the shipment. They sometime may make mistakes in packaging or carriers may damage packages in transit when this happens we work with our customers to make it right. We would certainly be able to resolve this for you, but we would first need pictures showing the damage to get this resolved for you properly within 4 business days after delivery. Please immediately text the pictures to 857-800-1332 with your order number or CONTACT US. Once we have these pictures for our records, we will be happy to resolve this for you asap. We apologize for all inconveniences. 

Are all the items in stock on the website?

We strive to have all items in stock and available to ship on all orders placed before 1pm EST. In case, if the item is out of stock, you will be notified at the same day for other arrangements.

How will my order(s) be delivered?

Lowpricesupply attempts to ship all products as fast as possible using USPS. UPS, FEDEX and Ontrac. Although they don't always get the love they deserve, we've found that 99.9% of orders shipped and get delivered to the correct address. Regarding the one-tenth of 1 percent that don't make it to their destination, we work directly with the customer to replace and reship their order asap.

If I received wrong item?

If there are any issues with your order, such as the item received is wrong item, size or color, please contact us directly. It is our responsibility to address the issue and work with you to reach a resolution. Warehouse employees may make mistakes in packaging.  We would certainly be able to resolve this for you asap. Please contact us or call/text 857-800-1332 with the picture(s) of the item you received We will provide you a prepaid return label asap.

If my package is lost?

We suggest you contact the shipping company at first, if you do not have a solution, please contact us. Please include a First and Last Name on the order and an apartment number, if one applies. This will assist the carriers in finding the correct person and address and help prevent lost packages.

Why Restocking Fee?

We are a wholesale distributor so we do not include any costs for returns within our overall pricing of items on the website. For this reason, we do charge a restocking fee when an item is needing to be returned to cover the handling fees for processing items back into stock.

Do you ship to HI, VI, PR & AK , PO BOX?

If the item's weight is lower than 1 lbs, we are able to ship it  to Hawaii, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, Alaska or PO Box via USPS First Class. Otherwise, We will cancel your order and give you a full refund unless you would like to pay additional shipping charges.

How can I pay for my Purchases?

Lowpricesupply INC gives you the option of paying through Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

If my item is returned to you by the shipment company and I decide that I no longer want the order, will I receive a refund?

You will receive a refund for the items only, not the shipping.

Does low price mean low quality?

"Low Price" simply refers to affordable price (not quality). 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Lowpricesupply ships any items anywhere in the world. But, you are responsible for the shipping custom cost.

Where are you located and Where do your cookie cutters ship from?

Our Main office is located in Boston, MA. Our warehouses are located in Boston, Pennsylvania, Florida, Chicago and Maryland. 

How do I place an order?

Using this website! Simply click on any items of your choice and add it to your shopping cart. Once your shopping is done click on “checkout” and follow the instructions. Sign up for our newsletter to enjoy member privileges and receive the latest updates on discounts and sales.

How much is shipping?

We always offer FREE SHIPPING! But, just for your information: The shipping cost is based on item package dimensions and weight. The minimum shipping cost would be $4.95 by USPS First Class and $8.95 by UPS/ FEDEX Ground.

What is your privacy policy?

Lowpricesupply INC will not sell your information to anyone. The information you provide is used solely to process orders. Your shipping address may be shared with a supplier if your order(s) will be shipped directly from that supplier. Your billing information is never shared. Why don't you take checks, cashiers checks, or money orders?

We've taken these forms of payment in the past, but had problems with them so we no longer offer this service.

Which Holidays does Store Supply Warehouse observe?

We at Lowpricesupply INC observe the following holidays and will be closed on these days:
